Are you looking to get whole school buy-in for SEL network and campus initiatives? This session will focus on managing SEL initiatives on your campus in small, bite-sized ways in order to make it part of your campus' larger focus. We will use the middle school at Uplift Summit as an example of how we have started with small changes, and ultimately springboard into planning time in a process that will give you next steps that are manageable and realistic to begin right now! This session will use middle school as a example, but the majority of the session will be around you working through a next step for your own campus — no matter the division — so all are welcome.
